What is the cost for an airport pick-up if my flight arrives late, around 11 pm? Can I still check in at that hour?

The airport pick-up service is available for 95 PLN or 23 euros one way. Reception operates from 10 am to 5 pm, but self-check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival for late arrivals.
I'm planning to bring my dog along during my stay. Is that allowed and are there any fees involved?
